Recently, we reported about director Madhan's romantic film With Love's release on Netflix. The film has had its digital premiere rather quietly, with much of the online discourse revolving around Vijay's political and personal endeavours, the Vijay Deverakonda-Rashmika Mandanna wedding, and Toxic and Dhurandhar: The Revenge releases, among other topics. Meanwhile, actor Aju Varghese has appreciated the film through social media.
The actor took to his Instagram Stories, shared a poster for the Abishan Jeevinth-Anaswara Rajan starrer and wrote, "Another amazing rom-com, beautifully knitted with layers of emotion."
Aju also appreciated the director and the rest of the team behind the film, particularly Abishan, Anaswara, and Kavya Anil for their "brilliant performances" in it. "Truly a lovely watch," he wrote in his With Love movie review.
The film originally hit theatres in February this year, around the Valentine's Day. In the film, a boy (Abishan) and a girl (Anaswara) bond over their college-year memories, and in the process, form a close relationship.
According to the industry tracker Sacnilk, it minted 38.9 crore from theatres worldwide and has an India net collection of 30.2 crore. In our review, Avinash Ramachandran wrote, "While the impact of high school romance seems really big inside our heads, it is often seen as a passing cloud in the overall scheme of things. With Love gives it the respect it deserves, but it also treats the entire thing with a sense of levity and lightness."
Coming back to Aju Varghese, the actor known to the Tamil audience mainly for his role in Ram's Paranthu Po, co-starring Shiva, Mithul, Grace Antony, and Anjali. The film marked his debut in Tamil cinema. With Love, meanwhile, marked Tourist Family director Abishan Jeevinth's acting debut.
