

We had previously reported about Veer Pahariya starrer Prem Keetanu, the official adaptation of 2024 Malayalam film Premalu, getting a release date. On Friday, the makers continued the promotions by the launch of their second single, titled ‘Kaho Toh.’
Composed by Annkur R Pathak, ‘Kaho Toh’ is a quintessential slow-paced romantic number, with focus on the melody. Armaan Malik is the playback singer while lyrics are by Sachin Urmtosh. The love song also has a Qawwali portion, sung by Altamash Faridi. Choreographed by Tejaswi Shetty, the song video captures the protagonist’ journey from enemies to friends, with the male protagonist slowly catching feelings for the girl as they embark on a road trip.
Besides Annkut, the soundtrack of Prem Keetanu has multiple composers on board like Sachet Parampara, Rahul Mishra, The Risk, and Shashi Suman.
Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, Prem Keetanu promises to tell the story of a college kid, a quintessential black sheep figure and capture the joys and struggles of his college life, which include his romantic pursuits and dealing with potential rivals in his way. Aafiya Syed plays the leading lady opposite Veer, making her film debut. The ensemble cast also includes Aparshakti Khurana and Rakesh Bedi.
Produced by Gaurav Verma under Avanika Films in association with Bhavana Studios, the film has Arjun Kukreti and Ritesh Soni as cinematographer and editor, respectively. Ambika Acharya is the production designer, while Deepak Kingrani is credited as the writer.
Prem Keetanu is set for theatrical release on October 2. At the box office, the romantic comedy is set to clash against Drishyam 4, the much-anticipated instalment of Drishyam franchise starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu in lead.
