Amitabh Bachchan, who expanded his real estate investments to Ayodhya in March this year by purchasing a land parcel, has now reportedly leased out three floors in Mumbai’s Andheri West to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B.
According to some reports, the property has been leased out for a monthly rent of Rs 33 lakh, as a part of a five-year lease overall, which reportedly commenced on August 15, 2026. The said three floors are part of the Signature building located in Oshiwara, with a combined carpet area of around 8,428 sq ft. The lease also includes exclusive right to park nine vehicles in the designated parking spaces of the building.
According to the leave and licence agreement, which was registered a few days ago, the total rental outgo over the complete lease period is estimated around Rs 22 crores, with the rental rate working out to nearly Rs 390 per sq ft. The agreement also provides for 5 percent of annual rent escalation. Additionally, TruNativ has reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 1.98 crore.
In March, the Piku actor had purchased a 2.67-acre land parcel from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), for a sum of Rs 25 crore. The company had confirmed the purchase on March 6, which marked the actor’s third investment in Ayodhya with the developer.
Nearly 3 years ago, the legendary actor had also leased four office units to Warner Music in Mumbai’s Lotus Signature building, for an agreed rent of Rs 17.30 lakh per month. The lease, which began in March 2024, includes 12 dedicated parking spaces.
On a professional front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in the Rajinikanth starrer Vettaiyan (2024), which did not live upto the box office expectations.
