Gunmaaster G9, a romantic-actioner starring Emraan Hashmi, Genelia D’Souza, and Aparshakti Khurana, now has a release date. The film, directed by Aditya Dutt and with music by Himesh Reshammiya, is scheduled to release on November 27, 2026.
Gunmaaster G9 has been produced by Deepak Mukut’s Soham Rockstar Entertainment.
The film marks a reunion of Emraan with acclaimed music composer and singer Himesh Reshammiya. Their duo has given iconic songs in the mid-2000s.
Producer Deepak Mukut said, “We were keen to bring Emraan Hashmi, Aditya Datt and Himesh Reshammiya together once again, and Gunmaaster G9 has given us the opportunity to do just that. Romance, action and music form a heady cocktail in the film, and it has come together beautifully.”

Our endeavour was to ensure that every action sequence, every emotion and every frame carries a sense of impact. Reuniting with Emraan and Himesh after all these years has been an extraordinary experience, and I am excited for audiences to see what we have created.”
The film marks the reunion of the Aashiq Banaya Aapne team. The 2005 film was directed by Aditya, starred Emraan and had music by Himesh.
Gunmaaster G9 is produced by Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut and Sangeeta Ahir, and presented by Soham Rockstar Entertainment.
