On Monday night, Prime Video announced the release date of its upcoming series Every Year After, an adaptation of Carley Fortune’s novel Every Summer After, and dropped pictures offering a first look at its characters. All the eight episodes of the series will drop on the streaming platform on June 10, Wednesday. Amy B Harris serves as an executive producer and the showrunner on Every Year After.

Set in a lake town named Barry’s Bay, the series tells a nostalgic and romantic story of a couple falling in love for the first time. It stars Sadie Soverall and Matt Cornett as the lovers Percy and Sam, respectively. While Soverall is best known for her work in writer-director Emerald Fennell's 2023 film Saltburn, Cornett's most popular credit is JioHotstar's High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
