Sam Rockwell and Woody Harrelson are all set to headline Jason Bateman's Netflix film, The Cackling of the Dodos. The offbeat film will revolve around a corpse discovered by a small-town farmer in a grain bin.

As per the official longline, it "centres on small-town farmer George, who has a truly terrible day when he discovers a corpse chilling out in a grain bin and is unwittingly forced into a chaotic, sloppy cover-up by his boss, Denny." Novelist Rye Curtis, known for Kingdomtide, has written the original screenplay for the film.
