As Netflix unveiled its 2026 slate full of films and series on Wednesday, the streamer also gave us a first look at Enola Holmes 3. Millie Bobby Brown, who essays the titular character, is being proposed to by Louis Partridge's Tewkesbury.
The Enola Holmes films are based on The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer. As Enola Holmes 2 teased two of Arthur Conan Doyle's famous characters, Dr Watson and Moriarty, Enola Holmes 3 finds Enola in the island nation of Malta as she struggles to balance her new case and her relationship with Tewkesbury.
Returning for Enola Holmes 3 with Brown and Partridge are Himesh Patel as Dr John Watson, Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty.
Philip Barantini, who has directed the miniseries Adolescence, takes over as director of Enola Holmes 3 from Harry Bradbeer. He directs the film from a script by Jack Thorne, who has written the previous films in the series.
Jake Bongiovi and Isobel Richards serve as executive producers for the film under the PCMA Productions banner, with Joshua Grode for Legendary Entertainment and Michael Dreyer. Millie Bobby Brown and Bobby Brown produce the film under the PCMA production banner, with Mary Parent, Ali Mendes, and Alex Garcia producing for Legendary Entertainment.
A premiere date for Enola Holmes 3 is yet to be announced, with the film scheduled for 2026.
