Pamela Anderson is revisiting one of her most iconic roles—but this time, she’s bringing her family along for the ride. The 58-year-old actor is working with her sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, on a TV reboot of the 1996 cult classic Barb Wire, as per a report on Female First UK. The original Barb Wire came during the peak of Anderson’s fame following her breakout role as lifeguard CJ Parker in Baywatch.

The project marks the first series from Anderson and her children’s production company, And-Her-Sons Productions. Reportedly, Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg will serve as executive producers for Dark Horse, alongside Pamela and Brandon for And-Her-Sons. The original film was based on the Dark Horse Comics character Barbara “Barb Wire” Kopetski, a bounty hunter navigating a dystopian future.

Anderson reflected on her experience playing Barb Wire, revealing that it took nearly three decades for her to actually watch herself in the role. “I look back, and I think, you know, even those characters, CJ, Barb Wire, and even Vallery Irons on VIP, they're Halloween costumes. I mean, because they're not just about the costumes, it's what's in the costume,” she told TimesRadio.

She added, “There's a lot of heart in all of those roles. And it may not have been, you know, thespian in any way. But also, I was 27 years old when I did Barb Wire, and I didn't see it until 27 years later, and I watched it in French with English subtitles. I could stomach it that way.”

Brandon and Dylan Lee are no strangers to the camera themselves. Both appeared in the reality series Pamela's Garden of Eden and Pamela's Cooking with Love, while Brandon produced the 2023 Netflix documentary Pamela: A Love Story and 2024’s The Last Showgirl.
