Rachel McAdams' Linda is freshly fired by her boss Bradley, played by Dylan O'Brien, before the two are the only survivors of a plane crash on an uninhabited island, in the trailer of Send Help. The Sam Raimi directorial is slated for a January 30 release in the U.S.
As Bradley injures himself following the crash, he becomes dependent on Linda for survival on the remote island. With no help around, they're forced to overcome their past differences to stay alive. The film's extended cast also comprises Edyll Ismail, Dennis Haysbert, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Thaneth Warakulnukroh, and Emma Raimi.
Send Help marks Raimi's first film as a director since 2022's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The filmmaker is also producing it through his Raimi Productions banner along with Zainab Azizi. Raimi has earlier directed horror films like The Evil Dead, Evil Dead II and Drag Me to Hell. Also backed by 20th Century Studios, the film has a screenplay by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, the writers known for 2017's Dwayne Johnson-starrer Baywatch.
While the film will also release in India in January 2026, an exact release date is yet to be announced by the film.
