Margaret Qualley's Love of Your Life adds Catherine Keener to cast
Just a day after Gabriel Basso joined the cast of Love of Your Life, Catherine Keener is also on board the Margaret Qualley film. She also joins Aaron Pierre and Patrick Schwarzenegger in the upcoming film. The film will mark another high-profile outing for the acclaimed cinematographer-turned-director, Rachel Morrison.
Love of Your Life, billed to be heartbreaking, revolves around Margaret Qualley's character, who suddenly finds herself single and is forced to figure out a way to progress ahead in her life. The screenplay is penned by Julia Cox, while Ryan Gosling and Jessie Henderson are producing the film under their Open Invite Entertainment banner. Production for the film is currently underway.
Catherine Keener is a two-time Academy Award nominee for her performances in Capote and Being John Malkovich. Her notable film roles include Get Out, Joker: Folie à Deux, The Adam Project, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and more. On television, she's appeared in Kidding, Modern Love, Brand New Cherry Flavor, and Show Me a Hero across various platforms like Showtime, Amazon, Netflix, and HBO, among others.
Rachel Morrison started her career as a cinematographer with Palo Alto in 2007. 10 years later, she became the first woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Cinematography for her work in Mudbound. She made her feature directorial debut with the 2024 film The Fire Inside, starring Ryan Destiny as Claressa "T-Rex" Shields in a biographical sports film. She has also helmed episodes of popular TV shows such as Quantico, The Morning Show and The Mandalorian, among others.
