The much-anticipated first glimpse of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus RRR is out. Starring Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, the 40-second video showcases some key events from India's freedom struggle, leading to independence from the British.
The protagonists rule the screen throughout the length of the teaser and there's not a single dull moment as the intensity builds up slowly.
With no dialogues, the teaser is bound to blow the minds of the fans, promising a knockout punch.
The teaser was supposed to be out on Friday soon after the makers of RRR announced a collaboration with PVR Cinemas. However, it was postponed due to the untimely demise of Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar.
Produced by DVV Danayya, RRR is slated for a theatrical release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and other regional languages on January 7. The film also features Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Alison Doody and Olivia Morris in prominent roles.
