Reports recently emerged claiming that actor Pavala Shyamala was in critical condition and had no one to care for her. According to these reports, she was suffering from a heart ailment and had visited a private hospital in Kukatpally for treatment. However, she was allegedly sent back in a cab due to lack of funds. It was further reported that the driver dropped her at a junction around midnight, where locals found her in a confused state on the footpath and alerted the police, who later shifted her to the RK Foundation.
Responding swiftly to the situation, producer and Telangana Film Development Corporation chairman Dil Raju stepped in to ensure she received proper care. He immediately sent his team to the hospital to assess her condition and coordinate with doctors.
“She is not in a critical condition. Her health is stable, and doctors have suggested a few tests, which will be conducted soon,” said Seshagiri Rao, a member of Dil Raju’s team.
Pavala Shyamala is currently admitted to Prasad Hospitals in Kukatpally and has resumed eating, the team confirmed. Sources indicate that she may have been turned away earlier due to issues related to her insurance documents, following which she had not been eating properly and was wandering.
Upon learning about her situation, Dil Raju ensured immediate assistance. “We are with her at the hospital and will continue to support her until she recovers,” added Rao. He further clarified that she is dealing with age-related health issues and that there is no immediate cause for serious concern.
Earlier, several members of the film industry, including Chiranjeevi, Sai Durgha Tej, Allu Arjun, and Akash Puri, extended financial support to Shyamala. The Movie Artiste Association also arranged a monthly financial aid for her.
