Actor Varun Sandesh, whose upcoming film Caste is gearing up for release, has now signed another project that was launched on Monday. Titled Naa Wife Missing, the film promises to be an intriguing psychological thriller.
Produced under the banner of Komara Media Works by Shiva Kanthaneni and R Venkateswara Rao, the film is presented by Aha. It is directed by Swathi Prakash Mantripragada, who recently impressed audiences with the web series Nayanam. The film is said to blend a gripping psychological narrative with an emotional love story. Actors Praveen, Mohith, and Jabardasth Sathya Sri will be seen in important roles.
The film brings together a skilled technical team. Satish Kumar NS handles cinematography, while Sai Babu Talari is in charge of editing. Music is composed by Sai Kartheek. The story is written by Umarji Anuradha, with screenplay by Srinivas Mandala and dialogues by Aditya Bhargav.
The film was launched with a grand pooja ceremony in the presence of several noted film personalities. The script was handed over by the Aha team, while senior producer C Kalyan sounded the first clap. Actor-producer and Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce secretary Ashok Kumar switched on the camera, and National Award-winning director Neelakanta directed the first shot.
The regular shoot of the film commenced on Monday. The makers have also hinted that more exciting updates, including details about the mystery behind the “missing wife,” will be revealed soon.
