After making his debut with Rowdy Boys and starring in Love Me, Ashish Reddy is now coming up with a new film titled DeThadi. After a considerable break, the actor has chosen a culturally rooted script based on Hyderabad’s traditional drum art.
Ashish plays the lead role in DeThadi, which is being produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the prestigious Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The film marks the directorial debut of Aditya Rao Gangasani, who is presenting a fresh story set against the backdrop of Hyderabad's culture.
The first look and glimpse released earlier received an excellent response from audiences. The makers have now officially commenced the second shooting schedule, with Ashish and the key cast members currently participating in it.
According to the makers, DeThadi will feature a culturally rich story packed with strong emotions and a refreshing narrative backdrop. Ashish will be seen in a complete mass avatar and will be delivering dialogues in authentic Hyderabad slang, which is expected to be one of the major highlights of the film.
The music is being composed by Junaid Kumar, while Prasanna Kumar Bezawada is handling the screenplay and dialogues, apart from serving as the creative head of the project.
