The trailer of Sathi Leelavathi, starring Lavanya Tripathi Konidela and Dev Mohan, was unveiled by Ram Charan on social media on Saturday. This marks Lavanya’s first film release after her marriage to Varun Tej. The team held an event on the occasion and thanked Ram Charan for launching the trailer.
Presented by Anandi Arts, the film is produced by Naga Mohan under the Durgadevi Pictures banner. It is directed by Tatineni Satya, known for films like Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu and SMS (Shiva Manasulo Shruti). The makers are planning a grand worldwide release on May 8.
Speaking at the event, Lavanya Tripathi said, “The hard work, love, and effort we put into Sathi Leelavathi will be visible on screen. Satya garu and Uday garu brought a good story to me, and the film has turned out wonderfully.”
She also appreciated producer Naga Mohan’s efforts. “He worked very hard for this film. During the shoot, when it became known that I was pregnant, the entire team supported me. Dev garu dubbed for himself. Thanks to my brother-in-law Ram Charan for unveiling our trailer —because of him, the reach of our trailer and film has increased. Please watch our trailer and support us. Do watch the film in theatres on May 8,” she said.
Malayalam actor Dev Mohan, who plays the male lead, said, “I’m happy to come before the Telugu audience once again. I watched the trailer along with all of you and really liked it. This film and my character are very new and different. I thank the director and producers for giving me this opportunity. It was a pleasure working with Lavanya garu. I hope everyone watches the film and makes it a success.”
Director Tatineni Satya thanked everyone who supported the film. “Thanks to Uday garu for supporting me in writing. It’s a very good film, and I request everyone to watch it in theatres and support us,” he said.
