Confirming speculations, the makers of NBK 112 have officially announced that director Koratala Siva has come onboard to direct Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming film. Sharing a poster with Nandamuri Balakrishna and Koratala Siva, the makers unveiled the tagline of the yet-to-be-titled-film: 'Power meets purpose; Mass becomes a movement.'

Koratala Siva, known for blending high-voltage action with socially relevant themes, has reportedly crafted a script that complements Balakrishna’s screen presence. The director has already locked the script, with filming set to commence soon.

Further details on the cast, crew and plot of the film are unknown at the moment.

Koratala Siva last directed Devara: Part 1 (2024), starring Jr NTR alongside Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in key roles. Saif and Janhvi made their Telugu debuts through the film which received mixed reviews upon release. A second part is planned with updates regarding it kept undisclosed.

Nandamuri Balakrishna starred in two films last year: Bobby Kolli's Daaku Maharaaj and Boyapati Sreenu's Akhanda 2: Thaandavam.
