Actor Chiranjeevi is quite active on social media and often shares posts on various occasions — be it India winning a medal, achievements in sports, or birthdays and awards of politicians and fellow celebrities. This time, however, the actor shared a deeply personal and emotional note, and it has gone viral for all the right reasons. The message was dedicated to none other than his wife, Surekha.
Actor Chiranjeevi shared a lengthy note in which he acknowledged that much of the success he enjoys today is because of his wife’s unwavering support. With their wedding anniversary on February 20, the actor took the opportunity to wish his wife Surekha on her birthday today.
“From the day we got married on February 20, 1980, you have been my greatest strength. As we celebrate your birthday today and our wedding anniversary in advance, my heart is filled with gratitude,” Chiranjeevi wrote.
The actor went on to praise his wife for the love and care she showed to every member of his family, winning their hearts over the years. “You are the nucleus of our family, the one who binds us all with love. You embraced my family members as your own, stood by them at every moment, and became a true daughter to my parents, just as they embraced you with equal affection,” he said.
Chiranjeevi also revealed that whatever position he has reached today is not solely because of his talent or hard work, but because of Surekha’s silent strength. “If anyone asks me the secret of my success, it is not my talent or hard work. It is you. Because you carried every responsibility with quiet strength, I could focus completely on my profession,” he wrote.
He concluded the note on an emotional high, saying, “In every crisis and in every celebration, you are the one who holds us together. You are not just my wife—you are my strength, my support system, and my peace. On your birthday today, and as we approach our wedding anniversary, I want to say this from my heart: I am what I am because of you. With all my love, always and forever.”
The actor ended the post by wishing her, “Happy birthday, dearest Surekha.”
On the professional front, Chiranjeevi was recently seen in the Sankranthi release Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. The actor is now gearing up for another release this summer with Vishwambhara. In addition, he has also signed a new project with director KS Ravindra (Bobby), which is expected to go on floors soon.
