The Mega family woke up to heartwarming news as Ram Charan and Upasana welcomed twins — a baby boy and a baby girl — at Apollo Hospital on the night of January 31, triggering celebrations across the Konidela and Kamineni households.
Sharing the joyful moment with fans, Charan wrote, “Happy to share that we have been blessed with a baby boy and a baby girl. Having two daughters and a son fills us with immense gratitude. The women in our lives have been our greatest strength. I am deeply thankful to our fans, family, and all our well-wishers who have stood by us through every moment.”
Ahead of the delivery, the couple had shared a serene family portrait that has now gained deeper significance. Dressed in elegant all-black attire, Charan and Upasana appeared calm and connected, exuding quiet confidence. Upasana’s radiant presence in a flowing gown complemented Charan’s understated and composed look.
Adding a personal touch, their two loyal black dogs sat on either side, completing a portrait that reflected warmth, unity, and anticipation. With the arrival of the twins, joy has multiplied manifold in the Mega family, marking a special new chapter for the star couple. Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi personally addressed the media to announce the happy news and share the families’ overwhelming joy.

My gratitude also goes to Rama Sinha, the head here, and Dr Lata, Apollo’s pediatric specialist. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff and to all our fans, who are celebrating this like a festival,” he added.
