Actor Prince Cecil is all set to enter a new chapter in his personal life as he is getting married to Sai Prathima in New Zealand. The wedding is scheduled to take place in Wanaka, New Zealand, on August 23, 2026. Sai Prathima was born and brought up in New Zealand and is the daughter of Machiraju Venkata Ramesh and Lakshmi Sujatha.
Prince revealed that his wedding is a combination of love and family arrangements. “It’s a love and arranged marriage,” he said. Prince and his family members have already reached New Zealand for the celebrations. The couple is also planning to host a reception in Hyderabad after the wedding.
Prince Cecil made his acting debut with Neeku Naaku Dash Dash, directed by Teja. Since then, he has been part of several films and has earned recognition with his performances. He was recently seen in Sampradayini Suppini Suddapoosini, where he played a police officer. Sivaji and Laya played the lead roles in the crime comedy.
He also appeared in the popular DJ Tillu franchise, featuring in both DJ Tillu and its sequel Tillu Square, with both films emerging as huge blockbusters. Apart from films, he is also known for his passion for cricket and has represented the Telugu Warriors in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) for several years.
He was also one of the contestants in the early seasons of Bigg Boss Telugu. Prince later ventured into the OTT space with the web series 3 Roses, which is streaming on Aha. The series was produced by SKN, while interestingly, Chennai Love Story director Ravi Namburi provided the story.
