Firewater Entertainments' upcoming sports drama makes a striking first impression as the makers said that it is Tollywood's first volleyball sports drama Volley. Presented by G Vikram Reddy under the banner of Firewater Entertainments, has officially unveiled its title through an engaging motion poster.
The motion poster was launched by versatile filmmaker Krish Jagarlamudi recently on his official social media page, drawing attention. Directed by Dilip K Manukonda, Volley is set against a coastal rural backdrop and dives into the lives of two brothers while showcasing an intense, emotionally charged grassroots-level volleyball world. The film explores themes of ambition, rivalry, and human relationships, promising a compelling blend of action and drama rooted in the spirit of volleyball.
The film introduces Ronith GRG and Nipun Satya, while Abhignya Vuthaluru plays the female lead. The supporting cast includes Ravi Varma, Kalpalatha, Vadlamani Srinivas, Lakshman Meesala, Kiran Varanasi, and Ramana Bharghav, bringing together a strong ensemble to drive the narrative.
The story and screenplay are written by Dilip K Manukonda and Pavan K Vipparthi. On the technical front, the film boasts a strong crew with Arun VJK as the cinematographer, Auranova Studios composing the music, and Raviteja Girijala handling editing.
Shot in picturesque locations in Uppada and other nearby villages in Andhra, the shoot for the project is completed and the team is busy with the post-production works currently.
