The curiosity among Prabhas fans continues to grow for each update as The Raja Saab gradually comes close to its release on Sankranthi. On Friday, the makers shared a major update, by announcing the release date of their first single ‘Rebel Saab.’
Named after Prabhas’ moniker, which he earned after his 2011 hit film, ‘Rebel Saab’ will be out on Sunday, November 23. The team also shared a new Prabhas poster, featuring the actor in the midst of a dance pose as he leads a euphoric crowd, adding the caption, “Here comes The Raja Saab STYLE. Bringing you the most whistle worthy treat. Rebel Saab song on November 23.” Thaman S is the music director for the film.
Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab also features Nidhhi Aggerwal in a prominent role, and marks Malavika Mohanan’s Telugu debut. The ensemble cast includes Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani. The technical team has cinematographer Karthik Palani, production designer Rajeevan, and editor Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao.
Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad, the horror-comedy is confirmed to have a grand theatrical release on January 9, 2026. The Sankranthi weekend next year will seee many other big releases like Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju. Additionally, Vijay starrer Tamil Film Jana Nayagan too will release on January 9, which will make the box office journey for The Raja Saab much more challenging.
