

Actor Raj Tarun is slowly getting back on track when it comes to theatrical movie projects. the actor’s Paanch Minar is all set to hit the screens on November 2. Meanwhile, another of his new films titled Tortoise was launched on Monday. Amrutha Chowdary is playing the female lead opposite Raj Tarun in this film, while Srinivas Avasarala and Dhanya Balakrishna are playing another pair.
The film was officially Launched on monday with a Puja ceremony in Hyderabad. Sasidhar Nalla, Vijay Kumar, Santhosh Emmadi, and Ramisetti Rambabu are producing this film jointly, which is written and directed by Rithvik Kumar. A motion poster of this film was also released on the occasion. Oscar-winner lyric writer Chandrabose has penned the lyrics for this film, and Anup Rubens has composed the music.
"This film will be very fresh and new. It has a very different story, and the way the director Rithvik Kumar narrated the story was excellent. This film will definitely be a good kick-start for my career," said Raj Tarun.
Talking about the film, director Rithvik Kumar said that this film has a new theme and is going to be the best film in Raj Tarun’s career. “The characters of Srinivas Avasarala, Dhanya Balakrishna, and female lead Amrutha Chowdary are written in a strong way. This is a great thriller with a different story and a new screenplay. We will start the shooting soon,” said the director.
Other primary crew members include cinematographer Sabari, editor Gullapalli Madhav Kumar and Devara Madhukar as the art director.
