
Raj Rachakonda, who is known for films like Mallesham and 8 AM Metro, is coming up with his next feature film titled 23. The official teaser of the film was released on Saturday.
Starring Jhansi, Teja and Tanmai in prominent roles, 23 promises to be a gripping social drama, exploring themes like violence and justice. The story is based on true events, specifically drawing from incidents like the 1992 Ksunduru massacare, 1993 Chilakaluripet bus burning, and the 1997 Jubilee Hill bomb blasts.
The supporting cast of the film includes Thagabothu Ramesh and Praneeth. Mark K Robin is the music director. On the technical front, Sunny Kurapati and Anil Aalayalam helm cinematography and editing respectively, while Laxman Aelay is the production designer. Indus Martin has penned the dialogues. Other members of the writing team include Sakshi Gulati, Shruti Bhatnagar and Bharadwaj Rangavajjula.
The makers of 23 are also planning to release their film in Hindi and Tamil, even though a release date is yet to be announced.
