
The makers of Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, announced that the film is set to premiere on Netflix on March 7. The romantic drama has collected a worldwide gross of Rs 88.25 crore, according to Sacnilk.
Thandel is produced by Bunny Vasu, and Allu Aravind presented the film under Geetha Arts. The film’s music by composer Devi Sri Prasad received appreciation, as did Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi's performances. The film released on February 7 in pan-Indian languages. The film revolves around Naga Chaitanya’s Raju who gets trapped in Pakistan with other fishermen. The film tells a survival story, more specifically Raju's comeback with the help of his love interest, played by Sai Pallavi.
Thandel, directed by Chandoo Mondeti and starring Naga Chaitanya, marking their third collaboration after Premam and Savyasachi. The CE review of the romantic film states, “A brilliant Sai Pallavi remains the only saving grace of this love story that cannot make up its mind about its themes, pacing, or intentions”
