Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas released the official teaser of their upcoming film VISA - Vintara Saradaga. The upcoming film features upcoming stars like Ashok Galla and Sri Gouri Priya in the lead, and is directed by debutant Udbhav Raghu.
In VISA, Ashok Galla plays a radio jockey who recalls and narrates the story of the life and adventures of an average Indian student living in US, before coming to tell his own love story. Sri Gouri Priya plays the female lead opposite Ashok.
The film promises to deal with the themes of cultural adaptation, academic pressure, evolving friendships, and cross-cultural romance, all with a light-hearted touch. The tagline ‘Vintara Saradaga’, hints at a blend of humour (‘saradaga’ translates to ‘in a casual way’) and the bureaucratic and personal challenges that come with pursuing dreams abroad.
The VISA teaser also stands up for its vibrant visuals and upbeat music (Vijai Bulganin). Sanare has penned the lyrics. Interestingly, the makers haven’t yet announced details of other crew members, like cinematography or editing, or other departments. The supporting cast also includes Rahul Vijay, Harsha Chemudu, Satya, and Shivathmika Rajasekhar. Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya are producing the film.
Ashok Galla was last seen in the action-drama Devaki Nandan Vasudeva. Sri Gouri Priya, who gained wide recognition with her work in Lover and MAD, is working with Kiran Abbavaram in the new-age film Chennai Love Story.
