Allu Arjun has expressed gratitude to director Sukumar and his fans for the success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, describing it as “not just a film but an emotion.” He even thanked the film’s technicians, “This is all your hard work, but I know I get the image for it. Thank you so much for doing this film and giving your heart for it.”

Speaking at a thank-you meet on Saturday, Arjun reflected on the film’s five-year journey and dedicated its success to his supporters. “For me, Pushpa is not a film; it's a five-year journey; it's an emotion. I want to dedicate the entire effort and success of the film to all my fans and my army. Thank you for your love and support; I'll make you all mad, mad, mad, mad proud, I promise. This is a good step,” he said.

Directed by Sukumar, the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021) has earned over Rs 1,800 crore worldwide. Arjun praised Sukumar’s vision, calling him a “genius” and the “biggest reason” behind the film’s success. “It is purely his success. We are all characters in his dream. No matter what someone says, this success belongs to him,” he added.

Arjun also acknowledged a Hindi filmmaker for rescheduling their film’s release to avoid a box office clash. Though he did not name the film, Chhaava was initially set for a December 6 release.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 2 stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and others. Arjun’s next project with Trivikram Srinivas, reportedly a mythological epic, is in development.
