Reports are doing the rounds that director Trivikram Srinivas is once again collaborating with actor Allu Arjun. The duo has previously worked together on three films, with their last outing, Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo, emerging as an industry hit. Now, industry buzz suggests that they are set to reunite for a fourth time — this time for a grand mythological epic.

Trivikram had initially planned this ambitious mythological project with Allu Arjun, and news about it surfaced nearly a year ago. The story is said to be based on the mythological character Subramanya Swamy. However, a few months later, reports suggested that the director had shifted the same project to Jr NTR after Allu Arjun was unable to accommodate dates. Now, it appears that Trivikram has returned to Allu Arjun for the same venture.

When asked about the speculation, Bunny Vasu — producer, close associate of Allu Arjun, and someone who has been associated with most of the actor’s films — confirmed that two projects have been finalised, though he refrained from revealing their details.

“We share good relationships with directors and actors. Sometimes, projects move in different directions due to circumstances, and such situations are common in the industry. As this is a sensitive matter, we want to handle it carefully and avoid unnecessary fan wars. It is best to wait for official confirmation from the concerned teams,” Bunny Vasu said when asked about the Trivikram–Allu Arjun project.

Bunny Vasu made this announcement while attending the promotional event of Eesha, a film distributed by him along with his friend Vamsi Nandipati. He further confirmed that more announcements regarding Allu Arjun’s next two projects will be made soon. “We are very clear about two upcoming projects, which will be officially announced in January. One project will begin in July or August 2026, while the second will start in March 2027. Until the official announcements are made, I request everyone to wait patiently,” he added.

According to industry sources, the film will be mounted on a never-before-seen scale, with a massive budget exceeding ₹1,000 crore, making it one of the most ambitious mythological films ever attempted in Indian cinema. The project is expected to combine strong storytelling with grand visuals and cutting-edge technology, aiming to redefine the mythological genre for a pan-Indian and global audience.
