Director Kishore Tirumala is known for blending entertainment with strong emotional undercurrents in his films. Many of his stories resonate with audiences because they are rooted in relatable experiences. He is now gearing up for his next film, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Vignyapthi, which stars Ravi Teja in the lead role. Dimple Hayathi and Ashika Ranganath play the female leads, while Cherukuri Sudhakar is producing the film. Speaking about the project, Kishore said that the story revolves around relationships—between husband and wife, and also a romantic relationship.

Sharing how his personal life has influenced his writing, Kishore Tirumala said that many of his films stem from his own experiences. “When I entered the industry, my daughter was just 10 days old. I missed her a lot during that phase. I reflected that emotion in Nenu Sailaja through the father-daughter relationship played by Sathyaraj and Keerthy Suresh,” he said. The film, which starred Ram Pothineni in the lead, went on to become a major success.

He also revealed that Unnadi Okate Zindagi, which again featured Ram Pothineni, was inspired by the life of one of his close friends. The film achieved moderate success at the box office. Speaking about Chitralahari, Kishore candidly admitted, “At one point in my life, I felt like a loser, and that emotion became the foundation for Chitralahari.” The film, starring Sai Dharam Tej, struck a chord with audiences and performed well commercially.

Coming to Bhartha Mahasayulaku Vignyapthi, Kishore said the story once again draws from his personal experiences. “What I realised, perhaps a little late in life, is that if you keep your wife happy, life becomes much smoother,” he said. He added that relationships go through phases of joy and minor conflicts, but eventually find balance. That realisation, he said, became the inspiration for the film.

Kishore Tirumala also spoke about his acting stint in Mirai and whether he plans to continue acting. “I acted in that film only because of director Karthik. We are very close friends, and he requested me to do the role, so I agreed,” he said, adding that acting is not something he actively plans to pursue.
