The official trailer of upcoming romantic comedy Little Hearts was unveiled on Saturday evening. The film, written and directed by debutant Sai Marthand, is slated to arrive in theatres on September 5, clashing against Anushka Shetty starrer Ghaati at the boxoffice.
Little Hearts promises to be a light-hearted romance, about two young under-achiever students — Akhil and Katyayani — who meet each other at a coaching institute, and instantly find a match in each other for their common ‘interests.’ Even as their parents continue to bury them under tantrums, the two frivolous rebels (played by Mouli and Shivani Nagaram) remain united in their revelry. However, does Katyayani really love Akhil, or does Akhil have a tough road ahead of him, as far as reciprocation in romance is concerned?
The supporting cast includes Rajeev Kanakala, SS Kanchi, Anita Chowdhary, and Satya Krishnan. The technical team features Surya Balaji on cinematography, Sridhar Sompalli doing editing and Divya Pawan handling art direction.
The film is produced by Aditya Hasan, known for directing 90s - A Middle Class Biopic. Incidentally, Mouli too played a major role in the popular series. Vamsi Nandipati and Bunny Vas are releasing the film in theatres, before its streaming premiere on ETV Win. Sinjith Yerramilli has composed music for the film.
