The much-anticipated collaboration between Chiranjeevi and director Anil Ravipudi has finally revealed its title. The film, previously referred to as Mega157, will now be called Mana ShankaraVaraPrasad Garu, referencing Chiranjeevi’s real name and it has generated massive buzz. A title glimpse, released on the actor’s 70th birthday, has offered audiences a first look at the project’s tone and the star’s character.

The short teaser showcases Chiranjeevi in a sharp suit, sporting sunglasses, and exuding swagger as he lights a cigarette. Flanked by bodyguards, he appears as a figure of official authority, with later frames showing him holding a gun.

The sequence suggests he plays a high-ranking government official, though the specifics of the role remain under wraps. Adding to the impact, Venkatesh Daggubati, who is playing an extended cameo in the film, lends his voice for the title reveal, introducing the tagline, “Pandagaki Vasthunnaru.”

While speculation had earlier pointed towards Chiranjeevi portraying a school drill master named Siva Shankar Prasad, the new glimpse hints at a more layered character with a possible action-oriented backstory. Ravipudi, known for mixing comedy with mass appeal, has already suggested that Mana ShankaraVaraPrasad Garu will highlight Chiranjeevi’s lighter side along with action.

Mana ShankaraVaraPrasad Garu is produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela under Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments. The creative team includes Sameer Reddy as cinematographer, Tammiraju as editor, and AS Prakash leading production design. Music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, with writing credits to S Krishna and G Adi Narayana.

The makers have also confirmed a Sankranthi 2026 release window, positioning the film as a festival attraction. Ravipudi’s previous festive entertainer Sankranthiki Vasthunnam drew strong box-office numbers, and expectations are high for his first collaboration with Chiranjeevi.
