Adivi Sesh, who made a cameo appearance in HIT 3 this year, is gearing up for two big pan-India scale releases in the coming few months, after a long gap of 3 years. While Dacoit is slated for a Christmas release, G2, the sequel to his 2018 hit Goodachari, is tentatively scheduled to hit theatres in May next year. In a recent statement, Adivi Sesh talk about the vision behind both of his upcoming films.

Talking about new chapter in his career, Sesh stated, “I’ve always felt that good cinema goes beyond language. With Dacoit and G2, I’m not just chasing scale — I’m chasing soul. I believe it’s time Indian cinema stopped waiting for validation — we’re here to tell our stories on our terms, and I’m proud to be part of that movement.”

Underlining how both the films are distinct yet unified in a way, Sesh said, “While Dacoit is an emotional action-thriller driven by love and longing, G2 is an expansive spy adventure that builds on the world of Goodachari. Both may belong to different genres and language, but they’re united by a sincere effort to tell Indian stories with a global vision and emotional depth.”
