The makers of the upcoming film SWAG, starring Sree Vishnu and Ritu Varma, released a retro 90s single titled ‘Guvva Gootilo.’ The groovy song has off-beat lyrics by Bhuvana Chandra, while the trio of Mano, Geetha Madhuri and Snigdha Sharma provided vocals. The funky track composed by Vivek Sagar has electrifying dance moves choreographed by Sireesh Kumar. The song features Sree Vishnu’s role of Yayathi from the film.
SWAG, written and directed by Hasith Goli, is set to be a wild entertainer that has Sree Vishnu playing quadruple roles of Bhavabhuti, Yayathi, King Bhavabhuti, and Singa. The absurdist entertainer also features Meera Jasmine, Daksha Nagarkar, Saranya Pradeep, Sunil, Ravi Babu, Getup Srinu, Gopa Raju Ramana, and more. The makers released a teaser for the film a week ago and it gained huge traction for its off-beat concept.
Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibotla under the banner of People Media Factory, SWAG is gearing up for its release on October 4. The film marks the second collaboration of director Hasith Goli and actor Sree Vishnu after their previous outing Raja Raj Chora (2018).
