We had recently reported that an official announcement about Nani’s next project, tentatively titled Nani 32, will be made on September 5. On Thursday morning, the Jersey actor confirmed the news on his X page — Nani 32 is now officially titled Hit : The 3rd Case.
Nani shared a new still from the film, also sharing May 1 as the release date of the film. “Less of a cop, More of a criminal. Arjun Sarkaar takes charge. Nani 32 is HIT: The Third Case. Blood gates will open on May 1st, 2025. Hunter’s Command,” the actor’s post read.
The makers also released a teaser of the film, that establishes Arjun Sarkaar’s character as a violent and ferocious officer, describing him as someone who is ‘the danger himself, for his enemies.’ It is to be noted that Nani will reprise his role from Hit: The 2nd Case, the previous part of this franchise, which released in 2022.
Sailesh Kolanu helms the writing and direction for the film, while Prashanti Tipirneni is the producer. Hit: The 3rd Case is being jointly bankrolled under the banners of Wallposter Cinema and Unanimous Productions. Mickey J Meyer has been signed to compose music for the film, while Karthika Srinivas is the editor.
