
Nivetha Thomas will soon be seen headlining the slice-of-life drama 35 - Chinna Katha Kaadu. Ahead of their film’s release on September 6, the makers completed their censorship formalities.
35 has received a ‘U’ certificate from the Censor Board, meaning its suitable for audiences across all age groups. The film marks the directorial debut for Nanda Kishore Emani who is also the script-writer. The official trailer of 35 was released on Sunday. Presented by Rana Daggubati, the film promises to tell the story of a middle-class couple settled in Tirupathi and their struggles with the academic journey of their elder son.
Vishwadev Rachakonda, who plays the male lead, is also the film’s producer. Additionally, Priyadarshi will be seen making a special appearance as a strict mathematics teacher. The ensemble cast of the film also includes actors like Gauthami and Arun Dev. Vivek Sagar is the music director for the film.
While 35 is the solo release on September 6, the film will face competition at the box office from Suhas starrer Janaka Aithe Ganaka, which releases a day later, on September 7.
