Devara’s third single to be out on this date

The much-awaited third single of the upcoming Jr NTR starrer Devara, titled ‘Daavudi,’ will be released on Wednesday, September 4. NTR Arts, one of the production banners of the film, made the announcement on their social media page. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for the film.

Taking to their X page, NTR Arts posted, “The beats are set for an irresistible Dance Blaze. #Daavudi is the song that will make Everyone Move.” The makers also shared a still from the ‘Daavudi’ song video, featuring NTR Jr and Janhvi Kapoor in the midst of a dance pose.

The two singles released earlier—‘Fear Song’ and ‘Chuttamalle’—achieved immense popularity online. The latter, especially, sung by Shilpa Rao, has garnered nearly 100 million YouTube hits for its original version alone. 

The upcoming action-thriller also marks Saif Ali Khan’s debut in Telugu cinema. On the technical front, the film boasts of prominent names like Sabu Cyril and Sreekar Prasad, who helm production design and editing, respectively. Rathnavelu, meanwhile, is the cinematographer.

NTR Arts is bankrolling the film in collaboration with Yavasudha Arts. Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara: Part 1 is scheduled to hit theatres on September 27.
