Legendary actor NTR’s great-grandson Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao is soon going to make his acting debut in Telugu cinema. Filmmaker YVS Chaudhary, who is launching the young actor, unveiled the first glimpse of the actor at a grand ceremony on Wednesday. Among many film personalities attending the ceremony were producer Ashwini Dutt and filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao.

Taraka Rama Rao, who is also named after his great-grandfather, is the grandson of Harikrishna and the son of the late Shri Janakiram. On the occasion, the young actor vowed to entertain the audience by choosing meaningful roles and be loyal to the industry. Rama Rao also talked about how he received training in various departments for 18 months under the guidance of YVS Chaudhary.

Addressing the media, YVS Chaudhary said, “We are happy to launch Rama Rao’s first glimpse on October 30. Exactly 44 years ago, NTR’s blockbuster film Sardar Paparayudu was released, which opened a new chapter in the legend’s life. I feel fortunate to introduce another Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao on the day of the release of that film.”

Ashwini Dutt said on the occasion, “I have great admiration for YVS Chaudhary since the days he worked in our organisation.” K Raghavendra Rao added, “A new era has begun in the Nandamuri dynasty. I hope that the producer, the director and the newly introduced hero achieve great success with this picture.”

Rama Rao’s launch vehicle will be produced under the banner New Talent Roars, with Yalamanchili Geetha serving as the producer. The YVS Chaudhary directorial has Veena Rao as the female lead, who is a trained Kuchipudi dancer. The film’s crew boasts prominent names like MM Keeravani and Sai Madhav Burra, who are in charge of music direction and dialogue, respectively. Veteran lyricist Chandrabose is on board for the film as well.
