Nikhil Siddharth, who last headlined the 2023 movie Spy, is gearing up for his next release, Appudo Ippudo Eppudo. The makers of the film released their official teaser on Friday.
The film, billed as a romantic comedy, also marks the Telugu film debut for Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth, who attained national attention with her work in the Sapta Sagaradaache Yello film series. By the looks of it, Appudo Ippudo Eppudo promises to be a pacey and exuberant love-triangle, with elements of action and comedy thrown in. Nikhil Siddharth plays a young racer in the film, who is struggling in matters of heart and eventually finds himself in trouble with the law as well. The teaser also features Divyansha Kaushik and Harsha Chemudu, who seem to be playing prominent roles in the film.
Appudo Ippudo Eppudo is directed by Sudheer Varma, who had earlier worked with Nikhil in films like Swamy Ra Ra (2013) and Keshava (2017). BVSN Prasad is the producer for the film. Navin Nooli is the editor, while prominent playback singer Karthik has been signed as the music director. The cinematography is helmed by Richard Prasad.
The film is slated for a theatrical release on November 8.
