Allari Naresh’s Bachchala Malli gets a release date

Allari Naresh, whose last film Aa Okkati Adakku released in May this year, is now gearing up for his next release with Bachchala Malli. The actor, known for his comic chops, will be seen in a rugged avatar in the upcoming action drama. The makers of Bachchala Malli announced December 20 as the release date for their film on Tuesday.

The makers of Bachchala Malli had earlier released a special glimpse of their film in July, followed by the release of their first single, titled ‘Maa Oori Jatharalo.’ Directed by Subbu Mangadevvi, the film is set against the backdrop of the 1990s and promises to feature Naresh playing a ruffian from the rural heartlands who doesn’t like to bow down in front of others.

Subbu, who has earlier directed the 2020 film Solo Brathuke So Better, is also the story and dialogue writer for Bachchala Malli, while Vipparthi Madhu and Viswanetra have been credited with screenplay and additional screenplay. The film’s ensemble cast includes Amritha Aiyer, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Achyuth Kumar, Balagam Jayaram, Hari Teja, and Viva Harsha. Vishal Chandrasekhar is the music director for the film. The cinematography is by Richard M Nathan, and the editing is by Chota K Prasad.
