
The makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule launched the trailer for the most-awaited film on Sunday at a public event in Patna, a never-before-move for a pan-Indian film. At the trailer launch event, Pushpa Raja actor Allu Arjun, spoke in both Hindi and English to connect with his fans. He said, “I bow down to the great land of Bihar. I have come here for the first time. I can’t thank you enough for your love and warm welcome.” He thanked the audiences for their support and repeated a dialogue from the film: “Pushpa Raj bows down to no one, but today, for your love, I bow before you all.” Fans of the superstar and the film gathered in massive numbers to cheer for and celebrate the film’s trailer.
The much-anticipated trailer for Pushpa 2: The Rule has set the stage for a cinematic spectacle, teasing multiple intriguing plotlines. From the intensifying rivalry between Pushpa and Shikhawat, played by Fahadh Faasil, to glimpses of his relationship with Srivalli, portrayed by Rashmika Mandanna, the trailer offers a glimpse of what’s to come. A standout dialogue boldly says, “Pushpa is not national; he is international,” hinting at the film’s grand ambitions on a global scale.
Slated for a worldwide release on December 5 in multiple languages, Pushpa 2: The Rule is directed and written by Sukumar. The film reunites its stellar ensemble cast, including Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Jagadeesh Pratap, alongside Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. Backed by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Sukumar Writings, the production aims to outdo the monumental success of its predecessor, Pushpa: The Rise.
The film's technical crew has cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and National Award-winning editor Naveen Nooli. The music for the film is spearheaded by Devi Sri Prasad, with additional background scores from SS Thaman, Ajaneesh Loknath, and Sam CS.
