'Tappa Tappa' from Manamey is an upbeat, celebratory number

The makers of Manamey released their third single, titled ‘Tappa Tappa', on Thursday. Manamey is an upcoming comedy-drama starring Sharwanand and Hesham Abdul Wahab in lead roles.

Composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, ‘Tappa Tappa’ is a happy celebration song, very catchy in its blend of traditional and western sound. Ram Miriyala is the playback singer, while Hesham Abdul Wahab too has provided additional vocals. The lyrics are penned by Kasarla Shyam. The ‘Tappa Tappa’ music video features Sharwanand’s character infusing joy and festivities at a formal wedding event, in his own unique quirky way with everyone eventually joining him. Shobi is the choreographer for the fun-filled song sequence.

Besides Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty, Manamey stars Vikram Adittya, Seerat Kapoor, Ayesha Khan, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Shiva Kandukuri in the ensemble cast. Manamey is written and directed by Sriram Adittya. The cinematography is by Vishnu Sharma and Gnana Shekar VS, while Prawin Pudi is the editor.
