Manamey title track is an upbeat, feel-good number

We had recently reported that the makers of the Sharwanand-Krithi Shetty starrer Manamey had set June 7 as the release date for their film. Now, the team has released their second single, the film's title track 'Oh Manamey.’

Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music composer for Manamey. Sung by Karthik and Geetha Madhuri, 'Oh Manamey’ is an upbeat and feel-good composition, capturing the protagonists’ joy as they celebrate new beginnings in their life. Krishna Kanth has penned the lyrics, and Harika Narayan is additionally credited as a vocalist for the English lyrics.

Manamey is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner of People Media Factory. Sriram Adittya, who has earlier made films like Bhale Manchi Roju (2015) and Devadas (2018), is the director. Besides Sharwanand and Krithi, the film's cast includes Seerat Kapoor, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Vennela Kishore, among others. Prawin Pudi is the editor, while cinematography is by Gnana Shekar VS and Vishnu Sarma.

Manamey marks the first time Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty will be seen sharing screen. Krithi was last seen in Custody, while Sharwanand's last major screen appearance was in the 2022 film Oke Oka Jeevitham.
