Double iSmart teaser: Ram Pothineni plays a daredevil assassin in the upcoming action entertainer

Ram Pothineni, who was last seen in the action-drama Skanda, will soon headline Double iSmart. The makers of the film released their official teaser on Wednesday.

The teaser establishes Ram Pothineni as a witty and daredevil assassin who is always a step ahead of his adversaries. Sanjay Dutt seemingly plays the primary antagonist of the film. The teaser takes a dramatic turn towards the end, with Ram’s character applying Vibhuti to his forehead, as he gears up for a confrontation with the evil forces. Double iSmart promises to be a fun action entertainer. 

Double iSmart is an official sequel to the 2019 film iSmart Shankar, which too starred Ram Pothineni in the lead role. Puri Jagannadh has written and directed the action entertainer, also co-producing the film with Charmme Kaur. The ensemble cast of Double iSmart comprises names like Kavya Thapar, Bani J, Ali, Getup Sreenu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, and Temper Vamsi.

Mani Sharma is the music composer for the film. The cinematography is co-helmed by Sam K Naidu and Gianni Giannelli. Karthika Sreenivas R is the editor.
