Trailer of Varun Sandesh-starrer Chitram Chudara out

Varun Sandesh will next be seen in the OTT film Chitram Chudara. The makers of the action-drama film released their official trailer on Friday. The film is scheduled to be released directly on the streaming platform ETV Win, although the makers have not announced the premiere date yet. 

Chitram Chudara revolves around a theatre artist’ trio from rural heartlands who arrive in Hyderabad for a stage performance, but unwittingly end up being part of a robbery plan. The trailer also incorporate visuals of many action scenes where the protagonist beats up several cops at a police station. Kasi Viswanath and Dhanraj play the other two artists, and Sheetal Bhat plays the female lead.

The film’s ensemble cast comprises Ravi Babu Allari, Tanikella Bharani, Raja Ravindra, Sivaji Raja, Meena Kumari, Annapurnamma, Racha Ravi, KA Paul Ramu , Pingpong Surya, and Raising Raju. Director RN Harshvardhan, who is making his debut with this project, has written the script as well. Radhan is the music director for the film. The cinematography is by Jawahar Reddy, and the editing by Marthand K Venkatesh. 

Chitram Chudara has been a long time in the making. The first look of the film was released in March 2023, which showed the film’s lead characters sitting helplessly in front of a police lock-up. The film is being produced by Seshu Maramreddy and Bagyalakshmi Boyapati under the banner BM Cinemas, while Dhana Tummala serves as the co-producer.
