Priyadarshi's next film goes on floors

Priyadarshi, who was recently seen in the wacky comedy Om Bheem Bush, has signed a new project with filmmaker Mohanakrishna Indraganti. The film was officially launched on Monday morning with a muhurtham Puja ceremony.

The film, which is still untitled, is being produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banners of Sridevi Movies. The film marks the 15th production for the banner, and its third collaboration with Mohanakrishna who earlier directed films like Gentleman (2016) and Sammohanam (2018) for them.

Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad said on the occasion, "We are going to give the audience solid entertainment laced with emotions. The film will be like Jandhyala garu's film made for today's times.”

The film also stars Roopa Koduvayur, who was last seen in the 2023 film Mr Pregnant. The film’s supporting cast includes actors like VK Naresh, Tanikella Bharani, Avasarala Srinivas, Vennela Kishore, Harsha Chemudu, Sivannarayana, Vadlamani Srinivas, Pradeep Rudra, Ramesh Reddy, Kalpalatha, Roopa Lakshmi, and Harshini.

Vivek Sagar is composing music for the family entertainer, while lyrics are penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. PG Vinda is the cinematographer, and Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor.
