The makers of Tillu Square, the upcoming romantic drama starring Anupama Parmeswaran and Siddhu Jonalagadda, launched their new song titled ‘Oh My Lily’ at a grand ceremony on Monday. Tillu Square is the official sequel to the 2021 film DJ Tillu, which too starred Siddhu as the male lead.
‘Oh My Lily’ is a playful romantic song from the perspective of the film’s hero Tillu (Siddhu), who pleads with his beloved not to reject his love. Sreeram Chandra has crooned the song, while the composition is by Achu Rajamani. Interestingly enough, Siddhu Jonnalagadda has also co-penned the lyrics for ‘Oh My Lily’ in collaboration with Ravi Anthony.
Siddhu has also written the script for the film. Mallik Ram, who has made films like Naruda Donaruda (2016) and Adbhutam (2021), is the director for Tillu Square. Notable film producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi is bankrolling the film under the banners Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Ram Miriyala has composed the film's music, while Thaman has composed the background score. Sai Prakash Ummadisingu is the cinematographer of the film, while Navin Nooli helms the editing.
The makers of Tillu Square have previously postponed the release date of their film several times. Earlier slated to hit theatres on February 9, Tillu Square will now be releasing on April 11.
