Narne Nithiin, who made his debut last year with the film Mad, is now coming up with his next project, titled Aay. The makers of Aay unveiled the first-look motion poster of their film on Thursday morning.
The poster features Nithiin, as well as his friends played by Rajkumar Kasireddy and Ankith, among others, in an enthusiastic state as they jump into what appears to be a countryside lake. The poster also hints at a summer release plan by the makers, with the tagline ‘Drizzling This Summer.’ Besides Nithiin, Aay stars Nayan Sarika as the female lead.
The upcoming film marks the directorial debut for Anji Kanchipalli. Rama Naresh Nunna, meanwhile, has been credited as the co-director. This is also the ninth production for the banner GA2 Pictures, which has earlier produced popular films like Bhale Bhale Magadivoy (2015), Geetha Govindam (2018), Taxiwala (2018), and Most Eligible Bachelor (2021). Eminent producers Bunny Vas and Vidya Koppineedi are bankrolling the project, while Allu Aravind is presenting the film.
Ram Miriyala is the music director of the film, while Kiran Kumar Manne is its art director and Sameer Kalyani is its cinematographer. The shooting for Aay was wrapped up recently, and the team is now into the post-production process.
