Thandel makers wrap up Vizag-Srikakulam schedule

Naga Chaitanya-Sai Pallavi starrer Thandel has been one of the most anticipated Telugu films of the year. Directed by filmmaker Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel's team recently wrapped up a major schedule in Vizag and Srikakulam. The film’s shooting had commenced in 2023.

Produced under the Geetha Arts banner, Thandel promises to tell a love story inspired by true incidents. The first glimpse of the film was launched in January this year, and an official announcement regarding the release date of the film is expected soon.

Thandel’s technical crew boasts of many prominent names. Devi Sri Prasad has been signed to compose music for the film, while Navin Nooli is the editor. The cinematography is by Shamdat.

Thandel marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Chandoo Mondeti. They had earlier worked together in the 2016 film Premam, an official remake of the 2015 Malayalam film of the same name, which also starred Sai Pallavi as the female lead.
