‘Bhairava Anthem’: Prabhas and Diljit Dosanjh match each other's vibe in Kalki 2898 AD’s first song video

‘Bhairava Anthem,’ the first single from the much-awaited Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD, was released on Sunday. Now the makers have released the full song video for the single, composed by Santosh Narayanan.

The ‘Bhairava Anthem’ video features Diljit Dosanjh and Prabhas. While Diljit Dosanjh can be singing and performing with other dancers in the video, Prabhas’ portions in the video are largely his action clips from the film, merged with the music video. It’s only towards the end of the music video that Diljit and Prabhas share screen and can even be seen wearing matching Punjabi outfits at one point.

Diljit is also the main playback singer for the single, while Deepak Blue and Santosh Narayanan are credited for additional vocals. The lyrics are penned by Ramajogayya Shastry and Kumaar. Kalki 2898 AD is the third Telugu film in last 12 months for Santosh Narayanan, who primarily works in Tamil Cinema; he has also composed songs for Nani starrer Dasara and Saindhav.

Also starring Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan, Kalki 2898 AD is slated for a worldwide release on June 27.  Meanwhile, the film’s trailer, which was released last week, has accumulatively garnered more than 60 million YouTube views, for all the language versions.
