Ravi Teja's Mr Bachchan gets a release date

Ravi Teja's Mr Bachchan, which stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, is set to get an Independence Day release.

The film, directed by Harish Shankar, is billed as an entertainer. As its post-production is underway, the makers recently released its first single, 'Sitar', composed by Mickey J Meyer. The film has the tagline, 'Naam Tho Suna Hoga'.

The film also stars Jagapathi Babu and Sachin Khedekar in prominent roles, and is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner of People Media Factory. Ayananka Bose will handle the camera, while Ujwal Kulkarni will be the editor.

Ravi Teja was last seen in the 2024 action thriller Eagle, while Harish Shankar's last release was in 2019 with Gaddalakonda Ganesh, a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Jigarthanda.
