Sree Vishnu, who had earlier headlined the wacky comedy Om Bheem Bush this year, will next be seen in Swag. The makers of the film released its much-awaited first single, titled ‘Singaro Singa’, on Thursday.
What sets the new single apart are the playback vocals of popular artist Baba Sehgal. Composed by Vivek Sagar, ‘Singaro Singa’ is a quintessential Baba Sehgal number, very peppy and catchy in its beats. The lyrics are by Niklesh Sunkoji, while Vaikom Vijayalakshmi accompanies Baba Sehgal, complementing the rapper with her classical fusion-styled vocals.
The ‘Singaro Singa’ music video is equally eye-catching, very colourful, and zingy in its aesthetics. Besides Baba Sehgal and Sree Vishnu, the video also features Daksha Nagarkar and Getup Srinu.
Swag is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under the People Media Factory banner. A few days ago, the makers of the film unveiled the character looks of Saranya Pradeep and Aishwarya Rajesh, who play significant roles in the film. The film also stars Ritu Verma.
The cinematography is by Vedaraman Sankaran, and the editing is by Viplav Nyshadam. GM Sekhar is the production designer. Swag marks the second directorial venture for Hasith Goli, who made his directorial debut with the 2021 comedy Raja Raja Chora.
The makers of Swag have not announced a release date yet.
